Cute Girl

The daughter of a rich man,Wen helps out with her father’s business and also takes French lessons so that she can go to France with her fiancé. But she falls in love with a poor young man, Da-gang, who is studying civil engineering. Clashing with her father, she decides to leave home and go and stay with her aunt in the countryside. On a peaceful country road, she meets Da-gang again, who happens to be working there. Their relationship can now blossom. Later, when they get married and Wen gets pregnant, it turns out Da-gang also comes from a rich family… (Thessaloniki International Film Festival)

Ringing Bell

Adapted from the book Chirin's Bell by Takashi Yanase, Ringing Bell is the animated story of a lamb (Chirin) whose mother is killed by a fearsome wolf. He seeks the wolf out to take revenge, but realizes he must grow stronger, and become like the wolf if he's ever going to destroy him. Over the years, Chirin becomes a fierce predator who views the wolf who raised him as a father. The climax of the story comes when the strange pair returns to the farm where Chirin was raised.

In writer-director Nick Whitfield's black indie comedy, a pair of "exorcists" (Ed Gaughan and Andrew Buckley) with the power to rid people of their secrets agree to help a woman (Paprika Steen) whose daughter (Tuppence Middleton) is mute -- and whose husband is missing. Jason Isaacs co-stars as the mysterious Colonel, who seems to be calling the shots from the sidelines of the duo's shadowy enterprise.

The Girl on the Train
